Questions
Common Questions
Do I need any special equipment?
Just a soft measuring tape, a full-length mirror, and a phone or laptop with a working camera. A helper makes the session faster but is not required.
How long does a session take?
Most sessions run 20–30 minutes. More complex fittings or consultations may take up to 45 minutes.
What if I need to reschedule?
You can reschedule up to 12 hours before your session at no charge. Just reply to your confirmation email and we'll find a new time.
Are my measurements stored for future orders?
Yes. Once measured, your profile is saved so future made-to-order pieces are cut immediately without requiring a new session.
Which services use virtual measurements?
Primarily our made-to-order designs. You can also book a session before requesting an alteration if you'd like a tailor's assessment of your current fit.
