Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the UNIGUISE website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Products & Pricing
All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to decline or cancel any order placed at an incorrect price. Product images are for illustration — minor variations in colour and texture may occur due to photography and screen differences.
Orders & Payment
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Payment is required in full at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit and debit cards, and other payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely via Stripe.
Made-to-Order & Custom Work
Made-to-order garments are crafted to your specifications. A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) is required to begin production. The balance is due before dispatch. Changes to specifications after production has begun may incur additional charges. Made-to-order pieces are non-returnable except in the case of a material defect in our workmanship.
Rental Terms
Rental pieces remain the property of UNIGUISE at all times. A refundable security deposit is required at booking. Rentals must be returned by the agreed date in the condition they were received. Damage beyond normal wear, late returns, or loss will be charged against the deposit, and any additional cost will be invoiced. The security deposit is refunded within 5–7 business days of the garment's return and inspection.
Alteration Services
Alteration services are subject to a separate quote. By submitting a garment for alteration, you confirm you are the owner or have the right to submit it. UNIGUISE will take all reasonable care but accepts no liability for pre-existing damage. Garments not collected within 60 days of completion may be donated to charity.
Shipping & Risk
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our control. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for full delivery information. You are responsible for any import duties and taxes applicable in your country unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including designs, photographs, text, and branding — is the intellectual property of UNIGUISE and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without prior written consent. Our designs are protected by copyright. Purchasing a garment does not transfer any intellectual property rights.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UNIGUISE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria, without prejudice to your statutory rights as a consumer in your country of residence.
