Returns
Returns Policy
Ready-to-Wear
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, unworn, with all original tags attached and in original packaging. Sale items and intimates are final sale.
Made-to-Order
Made-to-order garments are crafted specifically for you and are non-refundable. We will, however, correct any errors in craftsmanship or measurement at no charge.
Fabrics & Accessories
Cut fabric cannot be returned. Unopened fabric bolts and accessories may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original condition.
Rentals
Rental pieces must be returned in the condition agreed at booking. Damage beyond normal wear will be charged against the security deposit.

Email hello@uniguise.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
Receive a return label
We'll email you a prepaid return label within 1–2 business days.
Pack and ship
Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Drop it at the designated carrier location.
Refund issued
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
